Fountain of Christ Board Members

Cory Reimer - President

I have been involved with Haiti for the better part of my life. My first trip was when I was 14 years old, we went up to Ranquete driving through the mountains on gravel with no safety rails.  Haiti has always been in my heart.

One day years ago, I was sitting in my office at work, God pressed it on my spirit that I had to tell my dad something. I walked over to his office and said “Dad, you’re supposed to do something in Haiti, and I am supposed to help.”  He looked at me, didn’t say anything, and I walked away. Turns out, he was battling at that time in his own spirit and mind, to possibly give up everything and do it for Haiti. And so, they did…

We started a ministry.  Right away ‘Fountain of Christ’ came up in my mind because we were like a freshwater fountain in the desolate mountains, and spreading Christ.  It fit.  Then I created the emblem as a fountain of water behind the cross, encapsulating the image of the title. And then the fundraising began.  Later, God supplied the perfect plot of land where He wanted His mission built. Duey obeyed, and there it was going to be.  Orchestrated by God, it turns out the town is called “Fontaine”, it was perfect. So, I made a website and we went.  People responded amazingly, without you all, this would not be what it is today.

With the passing of both of my parents this mission will continue being led by God, Me, My Wife, Pastor Levie, and Madam Levie. We were there in the beginning and we will be at the end.

We take pride in not taking any funds personally for running this Mission.  Duey, Cookie, Cory, and families have not taken any money from donors as pay.  Almost ALL other non-profits pay their leaders. Every donated dollar goes to Haiti or Purchases that directly help the Haiti Mission.

Pasteur Levie Alexis - Vice President

Brothers and Sisters

I greet you in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. My name is Levie Alexis, Pastor of eight Churches in Haiti located in different areas. I have known Cookie and Duey since 1993 where I met them in Ranquitte where we had been working together. They loved me so much and I loved them so much. In 1997 they left Ranquitte to go to Port-au-Prince until I found them again in 2007 in Delmas 31 in Pastor Rene's Church. We restarted our relationship and Duey promised me to build a project together with me and my Wife. Finally we bought land; Me, my Wife, Duey and his Wife in 2009 in an area called Fontaine where we built a project in the name of Fountain of Christ Ministries. But sorry in 2011 the first week we opened the school with 111 students, Brother Duey left and went home to be with the Lord. 2025 Sister Cookie left and went home to be with the Lord. Now we need your help. Brother Duey said before he left, "Pastor Levie, I am not going to work for you, and you are not going to work for me, but we are going to work together."

Be free to come and help because the kids need you.

Lisa Reimer - Secretary

Hello! Cory and I have been married for almost 30 years and have 2 children; Jordan is 27, and Paige is 23.

I have been to Haiti two times; the first time was when I was 19. Cory invited me to go with him and his family on a group mission trip to Haiti. It was absolutely life changing and a piece of my heart was left there!

I was by Cory's side, as well as his family's, when Fountain of Christ began. To see how the Lord orchestrated every piece of this incredible puzzle has been nothing short of amazing and truly God ordained. It has been quite the journey!

Once our kids were old enough, we returned back to Haiti as a family on another mission trip. This was the first time we witnessed the fruits of our labor, and how the Lord brought Fountain of Christ to fruition. We were so humbled by His faithfulness and provision!! To see all of those children thriving, happy, filled with the joy of the Lord, was a sight to behold. Tears were flowing!

Without the love, support and continued prayers from all of the servants that have come alongside this ministry over the years, none of this would be possible! Please continue to walk with us on this journey in honor and memory of Duey and Cookie, but most importantly, in honor and glory to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
